2021/22 RACE RESULTS

Heat 1: P5-P3

Heat 2: P4-P1

Feature: P2-P2

First race in the new car and had great results straight away. Picked up our first heat race and first podium on the same night and finished a strong second behind Tyler Maggs with Max Bevan in third.

Feature: P1-DNF

Had a strong run in both our heats picking up a win and a 2nd after dropping back to 5th, which put us highest on points for the feature after leading the whole race by a straight away the chain came off which ended our night with 7 laps to go.

Feature: P3-P10

Consistent heats with a 1st and a 3rd, putting us out of 3 in the feature, worked our way to 2nd and stayed there the whole race till the right front radius rod bolt came out with 2 laps to go dropping us to 10th due to the front end moving and not having a lot of control.

Feature: P1-P2

Had a great run in our heats picking up 2 heat wins and being highest on points for the night. Started P1 for the feature dropped back to third and came back to 2nd and finished there strong.

Felt great in the car all night winning a heat and 2nd in the other putting us off pole for the feature, lead every lap and got our first feature win.

Tried being consistent in the heats for speed week points finishing P2 in both heats making us highest points for the night, leading every lap of the race with a comfortable lead and won another feature going back to back. 

After the week of racing we clocked enough points to take the speedweek points lead and won the speedweek championship and also got crew chief of the week.

Zoe would start out of P3 in a quality field of 18 cars for the feature. She moved into second place on the first lap & set after race leader Tyler Maggs, Zoe briefly took the lead after a great battle with Maggs but Maggs was just to strong in the end & she had to settle for second.

With consistent heats Zoe would start out of position 3 for the feature, after getting a great start & moving into second heading into turn one she would get caught up in an incident in which the chief steward deemed Zoe started to move through the field on the restart but only managed three laps before getting tangled up with another car & was sent infield.

Feature: P7-P5

Zoe would start out of position 7 in the feature and would get to work early moving into 5th in the first couple of laps & thats where she would stay for the remainder of the race on a fast hooked up race track.

The feature saw Zoe starting mid pack out of 5th position with a good battle in the early stages of the race for 3rd position. Zoe progressed and finished in 3rd behind 2nd Max Bevan & 1st Tyler Maggs.

Feature: P5-P4

With consistent laps in her heats moving up positions, Zoe would start out of P4 in the feature. Zoe got a great start going straight into second but with  cautions coming out there would be a complete restart and Zoe would stay in P4 for the rest of the race. Unfortunate 2nd place finisher Max Bevan was disqualified for not going to scales which moved Zoe up to 3rd place. Congrats to Koby O'shannessy on 2nd and Tyler Maggs on another deserving win.

WASHED OUT

After completing all 4 rounds of the Victorian Stampede Series, Zoe's had enough points to take out the championship by only 10 points! Congratulations to Tyler Maggs on second and Dakota Luckett in third.

Zoe and team celebrated the season that was with the Victorian Formula 500 Association in the Warrnambool. Zoe was presented with her stampede series championship trophy & a brilliant polish package. Congrats to Tyler Maggs 2nd, Dakota Luckett 3rd, and all the other drivers that completed throughout the stampede series!
